This 12 class course explores your core in-depth through text, pictures, audio and video practices. After soothing relaxations to connect with this powerful part of your being, we explore the physical anatomy – strong muscles, flexible muscles, healthy organs and more. Then, we jump into the metaphysical – vayus, chakras and more. Finally, we bring it all together to uncover our own patterns of movement, thought and emotion relating to our belly.
If your connection to your belly is not the best or non-existent, this course will help. If you feel pretty good about your belly but it’s not yet your best friend, this course will help deepen that relationship.
We talk alot about digestion and elimination in yoga. Honestly, do you know a serious yogi
that hasn’t once told you something about their poo? This is because a healthy belly means a healthy yogi. If your belly is off, so are you. If your emotions are through the roof, your belly is off. I could go on… but I think you get my point :-).
