Hamstrings class this week, we focused on the 3 Hamstring muscles – Semitendinosis, Semimembranosis and Bicep Femoris. Take a look at the picture here because knowing what you are working on is a big step to being able to isolate your actions. (You can learn more here.)
By isolating our actions, we are able to better explore the hamstrings effect on our hips and understand their function in our movement. The following video is a short well-rounded practice and exploration for the hamstrings – we stretch, strengthen and relax 🙂 I hope you enjoy it!
